Caraline Rickard is an employee rights lawyer in the firm’s Nashville office. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School, where she was captain of the Vanderbilt’s National Moot Court Team and executive articles editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. She is the author of “Getting Off the Mommy Track: An International Model Law Solution to the Global Maternity Discrimination Crisis,” 47 Vand J. Transnat’l.L. 1465 (2014).
A native of Henderson, Tennessee, Caraline graduated summa cum laude from Union University. She is a former President of the Tennessee Federation of College Democrats. Prior to joining the firm, Caraline was a prosecutor in Davidson County and an assistant general counsel for the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bernice Donald of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
In her spare time, Caraline enjoys cooking, yoga, and her guilty pleasure, trivia night.
